Delivery Policy

Here at Creativity Events Limited (trading as The Handheld Fire Extinguisher Company), we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. The following policy relates to consumers purchasing via our e-commerce portal. This policy and pricing do not apply to our resellers buying stock.

We know that you don’t want to wait days for your order to arrive. That’s why we send every order within the UK Mainland by Parcel Force or Royal Mail tracked. Which means that, all being well, you should receive your parcel the following working day after it has been despatched or within 2-3 days. What’s more, any order that we receive before 11am on a working day will be despatched on the same day!

Important to Note

While we always dispatch quickly, delivery times are not guaranteed, and occasional delays can occur.

Please note: Due to the Windsor Framework,  “Please note that delivery services are presently unavailable for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.”

Check below locations that may accrue additional delivery fees, after payment has been made for your initial purchase:

• Isle of Man: While geographically part of the British Isles, it’s a self-governing Crown Dependency and often treated separately for delivery.
• Isles of Scilly: Located off the coast of Cornwall, these islands frequently have longer delivery times and higher shipping costs.
• Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, Herm): Like the Isle of Man, these are Crown Dependencies and are almost always excluded from mainland UK delivery rates and speeds.
• Other smaller Scottish Islands: This includes a vast number of islands that are part of Scotland but require ferries or additional logistics, such as:
  
  • Hebrides (Inner and Outer): Skye, Mull, Islay, Lewis, Harris, Uist, Barra, etc.
  • Orkney Islands
  • Shetland Islands
  • Arran
  • Bute
  • Cumbrae

 and may also take a little longer than expected.

How will my parcel be sent UK mainland?

Please see below * for a list of Postcodes which Our Couriers do not count as UK Mainland and therefore charge us extra.

Currently for consumer orders placed via our e-commerce portal, Items will be shipped with a small £10 +VAT standard shipping charge. Orders above £500, for consumers placed via our e-commerce portal, is free within the UK Mainland,  1 – 3 working days for delivery.

Help! I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?

If your order has been dispatched we can track and trace it using the couriers online system. During this time we will keep you up to date with progress from the tracking information. If it cannot be tracked by our couriers and is declared lost in transit, we will ensure a replacement shipment is made.
