  • Proof of Postage: We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning unwanted goods.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Unwanted Goods: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning unwanted items.
  • Faulty, Damaged, or Defective Goods / Our Error: If you’re returning an item due to our error, or because it’s damaged or defective, we’ll refund any reasonable shipping charges incurred in returning the item to us. Damages and Issues

If any goods are found to be faulty within this 3-year period, we will either refund the cost in full or send a replacement free of charge. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. You’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted item and the shipping costs for the new exchanged item. The quickest way to facilitate an exchange is to return the original item for a refund and then place a separate new order for the item you desire.


Changing an Order

If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we may be able to amend it and process payment for any additional items to be sent together. If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to place a separate, additional order.
