Important Warranty Information (The Not-So-Boring Stuff)
Of course, for this 3-year warranty, there are a few points to highlight that would void the warranty. We know you'll understand these standard conditions:
Damaged Packaging
We ensure our boxes are well-packed and secure, and our couriers are reliable. However, if the package arrives damaged, please note the condition on the receipt when you sign for it. If damage is discovered after opening, notify us immediately so we can advise the couriers and file a claim if necessary. Also, please check the sticks themselves for any signs of damage and let us know.
Unwanted Goods - Our Returns Policy
Firstly, contact us at [email protected]. We will send you detailed instructions on how to return the goods. When returning unwanted goods, please ensure they are unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale within 14 days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs when returning unwanted goods.
Faulty Goods - Our Commitment to Quality
If any of the goods are faulty, we will either refund the full cost or send you a replacement free of charge. This applies for up to 3 years after purchase.
Exchanging Goods
If you'd like to exchange any items, please contact us, and we'll do our best to get your exchanged items to you. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending the unwanted item back to us and the shipping costs for sending out the exchange item.
Changing an Order
If you'd like to amend your order and it hasn't been dispatched, we can happily take payment for the extra items and send everything together. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot add more items, and you'll need to place an additional order.
Our Refund Policy - Making it Easy
Will any return costs be refunded?
If you return something due to an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, we will refund any charges you incurred in returning the item to us. Please advise us beforehand so we can ensure the most suitable return method is used.
We will inspect all returned items reported as damaged or defective. If we find no fault, we reserve the right to recharge you for the item(s) and recover our fees and expenses from you.

When will I receive my refund?
We process all refunds on the same day we receive the returned goods. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear on your card.

Fire Safety Stick shall not be liable or responsible for any defects attributed to normal wear and tear, erosion, corrosion, improper storage, use or maintenance, or negligence. Additionally, The Handheld Fire Extinguisher Company shall not be liable for any defects arising from alteration or modification, nor for consequential or incidental damages.
In no event shall any obligation to pay or refund exceed the purchase price actually paid. The Handheld Fire Extinguisher Company shall not be liable for any punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of use of goods or other property/equipment, damage to other property, cost of capital, cost of substitute goods, downtime, or claims from the customer for any of the aforementioned damages. We shall not be liable for any claims of losses (including lawyer’s fees) including personal injury, property damage, or other liability resulting in whole or in part from (1) the negligence of the customer for misuse, damage, alteration, or modification of the Fire Safety Stick.
