We prioritise speed without compromising security. All orders are despatched via Royal Mail Tracked for end-to-end visibility across the UK.

Same-Day Despatch — Orders received before 11:00 AM on working days are processed same-day.
Standard Arrival — Most orders arrive within 1–2 working days.

Highlands & Islands Service Notice

We are proud to offer standard UK rates to all remote postcodes. Please note that for the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland (including IV, KW, HS, ZE, and BT), Royal Mail's "Next Day" and "1pm" time guarantees are officially extended. Please allow 3–5 working days for the Stallion to reach these locations.

Calculated at Basket Delivery costs are handled by Royal Mail and are calculated live based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

No Remote Surcharges — We do not apply flat-rate fees for the Highlands or Islands.
Complimentary Delivery — All orders over £500 qualify for Free Delivery.

Logistics & Real-Time Tracking

To ensure nationwide fairness, all shipping tariffs are calculated and fulfilled via Royal Mail. While The Handheld Fire Extinguisher Company manages your order fulfilment, the live shipping rates and transit schedules are dictated by Royal Mail’s national infrastructure.

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, transit becomes the responsibility of Royal Mail. You will receive an automated tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your parcel's journey directly through the Royal Mail network. In the exceptional event of a transit delay or loss, our team will act as your advocate to ensure a swift resolution or replacement.
