Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undeployed, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must first email us at sales@the-handheld-fire-extinguisher.co.uk stating your:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Original Order Address
We will then provide you with further details and specific authorization for returning the goods.
3. Shipping Your Return

Important Logistics Note: It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the goods are correctly shipped back to the above address. This includes meeting any specific requirements dictated by couriers or postal companies for the transport of specialist safety equipment or pressurized/hazardous goods.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
